About the build
Repostifai came out of a simple frustration: the idea of repurposing clips into shorts is easy, but the actual work — pulling clips, reframing to vertical, captioning, crediting, scheduling — is enough friction that it rarely happens.
So the tool does the grind and leaves the judgement to me. It pulls candidates, does the mechanical editing, and then stops and waits for a human to approve before anything is published. The automation serves the creator; it doesn’t replace them.
